Initial Consultation - In Person only This is a full weight management consultation which includes a comprehensive cardiovascular, kidney and metabolic health assessment: • Measurement of BMI & waist-to-height ratio & assessment of future risk of cardiovascular, kidney & metabolic complications including fatty liver disease, sleep apnoea & chronic kidney disease • Full cardiovascular, kidney, liver & diabetes screen consisting of blood pressure, pulse rhythm with Kardia 6-lead electronic heart monitor, comprehensive blood tests (including cardiovascular, kidney & metabolic profile) and urine test • Individualised recommendations for behavioural changes & medical interventions The price includes the cost of blood & urine tests & private prescription charges. However, you will be charged separately by the pharmacist for the cost of any medication prescribed.

Follow-Up Weight Management Consultation - In person only This consultation includes a review of all your examination, blood & urine test results and risk assessment scores with personalised recommendations for lifestyle & medical interventions. Prescribing of weight loss medications as appropriate including Mounjaro & Wegovy consistent with national guidance (cost of weight loss or other medications is extra) Any additional blood or urine tests or other investigations required will be charged separately.

The initial 60 minute consultation includes: • A comprehensive cardiovascular, kidney and metabolic health assessment: • Measurement of BMI & waist-to-height ratio & assessment of future risk of cardiovascular, kidney & metabolic complications including type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, fatty liver disease & sleep apnoea • Assessment of blood pressure, pulse rhythm (to exclude atrial fibrillation), 12-lead ECG and heart examination. • Measurement of oxygen saturation, and examination of lungs •. Assessment of kidney function including blood and urine tests and calculation of risk of developing kidney failure •. Kevin has a YouTube channel with a range of brief, informative videos created to support people living with Type 2 Diabetes. The price includes the cost of blood & urine tests & prescription charges. We love to see children and young people. We are able to advise on any condition that you would usually consult a GP about. We don’t have a private mental health care service.
